I was moving out and my landlord was extremely picky looking for any reason not to return my deposit. She came on short notice, was prompt, professional, and performed way above expectations. The landlord was shocked and stated that he had never seen any of his rentals in such excellent condition. He could not find anything and refunded our deposit within the week!
