To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior a visit from our housekeeping teams.
Because we clean Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most of our customers aren't home but the vast majority trust Mom's Helping Hand with the key to their home. For additional security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced.
We can't guarantee what time residential housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, call our office, and we will work with you for a convenient solution.
We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. Residential maids are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.
Our maid services offer consistent, quality home cleaning. Like all new relationships, however, miscommunications occur and we may make a mistake. That's why we offer a house cleaning service guarantee, which means if you notify us within 24 hours, our house cleaning staff will correct their mistake at no charge.
No. Every one of our teams come prepared with all the cleaning supplies necessary. However, because we are flexible, if requested and provided, we are happy to clean with your preferred products.
Mom's Helping Hand works with you. Simply call 48-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. We will do our best to accomodate your scheduling needs.
Payments are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service. Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to Mom's Helping Hand, however we also accept credit cards, if payed prior to the day of service.
